Abstract


Ceramic is one of the most used materials to make a wide range of equipment, one of which is tableware. Ceramics is currently developed into a creative craft industry that can assist in fulfilling the market share that is needed both in domestic and overseas. Naruna Ceramic Studio, located in Salatiga, currently develops ceramic products, one of them tableware with ceramic base material. The current marketing is done using an offline portal, while the world is currently experiencing a crisis due to pandemic COVID-19 which complicates prospective consumers to be able to visit the Studio. The marketing that you can now do is introduce products using digital marketing. To be able to improve the marketing is to prioritize retail market to get a faster cash flow. Therefore, the initial problem faced with the current marketing is how to answer the market breakthrough in the midst of changing consumer attitudes that have been different and become heavily influenced by technology at the time of pandemic. The initial stage discussed in this paper is to describe the use of digital marketing in Naruna Ceramic Studio to improve the ceramic sales products tableware glaze.
